Q: I could not open the demo file in the main menu.
A: Please check your browser version and flash version.
Q: How much time do I need for each module ?
A: Approximately 2-3 hours per module.
Q: How long does it take until I get an answer at the help desk?
A: The questions are send via email to our head office. You will get from there an answer with 24 hours.
Q: Do we get additional hand-out materials during the seminar session.?
A: Yes, every course participant will receive seminar material.
Q: What is when I have missed an on-site training session ?
A: You will receive by CPS the seminar materials. The main portion for the final exam comes from the eLearning modules. Even when missing a seminar sessions there should be no problem to pass the exam.
